Terms of use

These terms apply to the tools EnergyPager offers on app.energypager.com and to any account opened through them. Calling a tool means the party on whose behalf it is called accepts these terms.

The tools

• initiate_contact opens a ticket that a person at EnergyPager reads.
• signup opens a free account. Paid accounts are not yet available; a paid request is refused and nothing is charged.
• get_access is in preview. When it is live, a free account will receive trial access limited by a daily quota. The manifest at /.well-known/webmcp.json states each tool's status.

Acceptable use

• Send only information you are entitled to send, and name a responsible party you represent.
• Do not attempt to reach any database, storage or project behind the tools; such requests are refused.
• Do not overload the tools or try to get around their limits. Calls over the limits are refused.

No warranty

The tools and any free access are provided as they are, as a trial, without warranty of any kind. They may change, be limited, or stop. To the extent the law allows, EnergyPager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

AI disclosure

Parts of this service are generated by AI systems. Outputs may be inaccurate and should be verified before reliance.

Accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Accounts are deleted 12 months after their last activity, as described in /privacy.
